-Responsible for the architectural designs and conceptualization and preparation of design schemes.
-Does finalization of all housing units and subdivision amenities such as clubhouses, multi-purpose, swimming pool, fences, gates, guardhouses, basketball court and other amenities.
-Does architectural designs and conceptualization and preparation of design schemes, plans and perspectives of vertical projects.
