The role requires expertise in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and US GAAP, ideally within the BPO or Shared Services industry. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle) is essential, along with strong analytical and financial reporting skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end close and financial forecast processesOversee tax compliance, filings, and audits (BIR, SEC, PEZA)Track pending assessments and litigation with local authoritiesImplement and uphold accounting standards, policies, and improvementsSupport Group Tax with periodic reporting Qualifications: CPA with 7+ years of finance management experienceProficient in PeopleSoft, Oracle, and financial reportingBackground in BPO/Shared Services
