Your missionOur international team is looking for a Country Manager (f/m/x) in the Philippines to manage our activities in the country. Our ideal candidate is an expert in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar PV industry with strong track record in selling and managing Solar PV projects in the region. You combine the technical, commercial and financial knowledge of the Solar C&I PPA/Lease model, as well as people and management skills, and you are experienced in client facing situations. In this role you will: Lead and manage the operations of the company in the Philippines, including the development of opportunities, implementation and operation of solar PV projects under leasing and solar PPA contracts with C&I clients. Lead the development and management of long-term partnerships with EPC and project developer partners.Build and implement the Company Strategy in the region, in coordination with the Management team in Germany.Day to day representation of ecoligo towards potential/existing partners, clients and other third parties. Acting as our only representative in the country: being responsible for all admin and legal work in the Philippines and reporting of all country activities to our Head of South-East-Asia based in Vietnam. Your profileYour Skills: Having a solid experience in the solar C&I market in the Philippines.Good understanding of energy systems, technical components of solar PV projects, load profiles, energy consumption behaviour, especially for C&I clients.Good understanding of financing Solar PV C&I projects through leasing and PPA.Having a proven track record of deal closing within a B2B environment.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Tools, experience with Asana is a plus, as is with CRM systemsFluent in English and Filipino.You recognize yourself here: Excellent listener that understands clients' needs.Creative thinker that identifies possible obstacles and provides solutions to adapt ecoligo's strategy to achieve successful growth in the region.You take ownership and work independently while collaborating and providing visibility.You can switch between many tasks if necessary and stay comfortable in a fast-paced environmentYou are comfortable in receiving and giving open and transparent feedback.You want to fight the climate crisis and cannot wait to support ecoligo's unique business model.You don't tick all the boxes but you think that you would excel in this job?
