Cost Engineer - Baguio Project

Job Responsibilities:Computes costs by analyzing labor and time requirements.Analyzes drawings and specifications.Understands contractual terms and conditions.Assembles accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Stipulated Price, Design-Build, and Construction/Project Management formatted projects.Provides clear detailed quantity take-offs.Formulates cost breakdown from estimates and for project progress.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Filipino.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Knows how to use Autocad, Microsoft Excel, and is computer literate.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.Application:Interested applicants kindly send your updated resume to ******** .
