Monitoring and analyzing costsCooperating with project managers to help them meet budgeting goalsWriting reports and presenting information to key stakeholdersDeveloping and adjusting budgetsResearching to find opportunities to reduce expensesEvaluating project requirements to provide vital resources, including financial and human resourcesCommunicating with suppliers to negotiate material costsOptimizing decommissioning procedures to minimize lossesVisiting and monitoring retail outlets to assess wastage and efficiencyImplementing accounting software and automating cost control systemsDeveloping financial reporting procedures and systemsCollaborating with project managers to create effective budgetsCalculating the variance between the budgeting plan and realityInvestigating unprofitable variances and lossesDeveloping cost-efficient solutions to implement changes QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor's Degree
Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience • Preferably in the Construction industry.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
9:00AM – 6:00PM SALARY RANGE:
