Cost Accounting Specialist Of Good Benefits - Qc Area

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Accounting
• Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience as Cost Accounting Analyst in the Manufacturing Operation
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and computer literate
• Must have good communications skills
• Must be willing to work ASAP
• Must be amenable to work onsite and in Quezon City

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy in product costs, material purchases, and conversion costs (labor and overhead), while maintaining accurate product standards and production output records.
• Monitor inventory completeness, physical existence, and warehouse transfers, coordinating with MMS and Logistics for cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Oversee material balancing, verifying the usage of materials per job order and tracking recoverable generation for accuracy.
• Analyze manufacturing operations, validate reports, and investigate variances to ensure compliance with set standards, including monitoring FG and MMS non-moving items for proper disposition.
