The Corporate Trainer should not only be a great communicator but should also be highly organized and proficient in time management.**Work Schedule and Arrangement**:3 AM - 11 AM (PHT); Office-based Setup**Office Location**: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu**Responsibilities**:- Conduct informative training sessions- Implement training programs, making changes as needed to improve training courses- Effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences- Promote company efficiency- Improve the skills of all personnel- Ensure training aligns with overall business goals**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
