CREST FORWARDER, INC.Is currently looking for: TRAINING MANAGER Job DescriptionConducts all training seminars, conferences and program for all employees.Travels and conducts training programs for employees deployed in NCR and provincial areas.Conducts training programs for executive officers and high-level management.Conducts need analyses in various forms; analyzes information to help identify and define present and future training needs.- REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to design and implement effective training.Ability to perform needs assessment and to analyze area of strength and weakness.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & related program software.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field required.At least 3-5 years supervisory/managerial for the said training position.
