1. Introduces products and services of the Company and offers appropriate business solutions to
Enterprise Clients through proposals and quotations.
2. Files accreditation to New Leads/Clients to formalize the business transaction.
3. Expands assigned accounts by strategizing new or additional products or services to existing Clients
while finding additional Enterprise prospects.
4. Leads all aspects of the sales process from identification, solution development to proposal delivery.
t5. Negotiates with Clients on financial metrics such as price, margin, marketing support and credit
terms.
6. Ensures that Accounts Receivable and Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) of the Clients are in
compliance with the policies and guidelines of Finance.
7. Provides excellent Customer experience and service delivery by anticipating potential service
problems, and performing after-sales service.
8. Attends and responds to Client's issues and complaints promptly.
9. Submits daily and weekly forecasts to the Immediate Head for the stock allocation.
10. Leads and collaborates with concerned Teams for Enterprise/Commercial sales events.
11. Assists other Account Managers with their accounts as deemed necessary.
12. Provides timely update to Immediate Head on business performance and other concerns within the
assigned account.
13. Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any four-year Business course.With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in solution selling, hardware or consumer electronics.Has excellent communication and project management skills, marketing strategies, research and planning.Proficient in Microsoft Office and iWork Applications.With strong networking, presentation and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven and committed.Flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.Has high regard for Excellence, customer experience, innovation, integrity and collaboration.Willing to perform field work.
