Job Description The opportunity The Corporate Sales Assistant Manager is a sales function responsible in bringing sales through corporate clients and will be assigned to handle broker and direct channel.
Responsibilities
Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities. Meet the set targets in terms of APE, number of producing Brokers and number of closed cases. Train and manage brokers to sell employee benefits to corporate clients. This will include Group Insurance, Group Credit Life and packaged products Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met. Build and maintain a professional and ethical broker channel, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards. Sub-sector operationsReinforce various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions through Broker reviews, roadshows and lead generation activities.Develop, implement, promote and monitor programs and campaigns of Corporate Solutions.Supports the broker in conducting corporate training programs, client presentations and business reviews.Ensure efficient delivery of services related to proposal generation, presentation and closing requirements and lead generation sales conversion.Support the Broker in the resolution of conflicts particularly on franchising and corporate account. What we are looking for Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/ Administration / Economics / Management Life (Traditional) licensed Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point) With very strong sales background, preferably in the insurance / HMO industry. With three years or more relevant experience in sales, business development, training and agency management preferably in a life / HMO insurance setting What can we offer you?
