The position is responsible in Leading a Team in:
•Developing relationships with national and global clients with the goal of reaching global sales ANP, targeting specific MNC accounts
•Achieving the defined FY premium through the AIA PH Global Accounts whether Broker, Direct and Renewal.
•Handling incidental global accounts and penetrating untapped markets as business opportunities using Corporate Solutions products.
•Generation of First Year (FY) premiums for Group Life, Group Medical and or Voluntary Solutions and other CS products from the assigned accredited Brokers and Direct Accounts. 1. Coordinates with AIA Group counterparts in APAC on any MNC opportunities 2. May coordinate with Re-Insurance partners of AIA Group on potential accounts in PH
3. Account Acquisition - achievement of a defined FY premium target through the assigned accredited Brokers and Collective Unit Agencies and Direct Accounts
4. Takes charge of the proposal requests:
a. Handles franchise request
b. Secures and analyzes account profile and benefit schedule to tailor-fit appropriate product program package
c. Liaises with CS Underwriting and Actuarial on quotation request and ensures compliance to account requirements
d. Generates and submits proposal—initial and revised proposal/s, when applicable
5. Provides technical expertise to AIA Group counterparts on local benefit programs
6. Develops business potential in untapped / tapped markets/industries that is not yet part of the AIA RI pooling and or captive
7. Ensures the achievement of a defined ANP target through the new partnerships, programs
8. Analyzes and evaluates prospective partners' and clients' needs and/or their existing programs to tailor fit appropriate product/service packages and value propositions.
9. Ensures the end-to-end process of all programs (from the sales call to presentations, negotiations, closing and installing the program) to ensure the smooth turn over to the respective account handlers (Corporate Accounts Executives, Corporate Accounts Managers, Account Management & Broker Team)
10. Coordinates with the concerned department to ensure proper implementation and processes
11. Assists in servicing the client's needs and addresses inquiries and concerns. 12. Monitors the progress of the program and recommends alternatives if necessary.
13. Generates leads as business potential for Direct and Broker channels and monitors and manages one's activities & personal production Prepares accurate and timely reports in relation to one's activities and production Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Coordinates with CS Finance and Operations on RI reports and claims of per client on a quarterly basis
