The Corporate Recruiter will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening and selection) within the given timeline. He/she will also be involved in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and strategies. Responsibilities: Source and screen applications (review and endorse applications); Post job openings on various job search websites; Arrange schedule for exams and interviews; Administer exams and conduct interviews to qualified candidates; Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus meetings; Conduct company talks; Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date; File applicant documents; Maintain and build relationships with career placement offices and target student organizations in local colleges and universities; Prepare weekly recruitment reports; Perform reference and background checks for candidates for employment; Come up with marketing strategies to source and attract candidates; Perform other recruitment, HR, and admin related tasks Qualifications: A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast paced corporate, agency, or executive search firm Highly organized, resourceful and flexible Excellent attention to detail Effective communication skills both written and oral Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision Ability to learn quickly, and follow processes and procedures Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of candidate information Willing to travel to areas outside of Metro Manila to participate in recruitment activities *This is for a temporary work-from-home set-up until an indefinite schedule.
