Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Research and technical writing
Sound methodologies on effective processes and procedures that will assist different corporate units to achieve their objectives and the overall corporate goals
Basic corporate planning and monitoring work
Creative problem-solving skills
Competent oral communication skills (ability to conduct presentation to a large number of people and/or SHFC senior officers)
Competent writing skills (ability to conduct critical analyses of issues/policies both external and internal related to planning policy and process analysis)
Ability to do multi-tasking work
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Gathers and analyzes relevant data related to conduct of research studies and corporate planning activities;Drafts communication/letters/memoranda, organizes files, schedules appointments, and supports other staff;Handles the data management and filing for easy reference/retrieval of documents;Attends and assists in the logistical and technical requirements during corporate planning sessions and other department/group activities;Assists in the preparation of accomplishment reports on performance vis-à-vis corporate workplan targets;Prepares budget materials needed for submission to the DBM, House of Representatives, and Senate budget hearings;Formulates, coordinates, implements, and evaluates corporate strategies and operational policies to ensure attainment of corporate targets;Assists corporate units (national and regional offices) in improving work systems and processes to efficiently and effectively meet corporate targets; andPerforms other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
