Corporate Governance Manager

Job Description: Draft Corporate Governance (CG) Policies and Processes of company's and ensure that they are current and up to date, where applicable, compliant with governance standards, relevant laws, rules, and regulations; Conduct internal investigations on corporate governance cases (referred to the corporate Governance Department via the whistleblowing process or by regular Provide support and assistance to the designated Compliance or Corporate Governance Officers across the group; Provide training on corporate governance in general and company CG policies and processes, Develop a monitoring system for whistleblowing cases; Network with other C6 offices in the MPT and MVP groups and benchmark on good practices; etc. Qualifications: Education: Requires a Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of leadership techniques and principles. Professional Certification (Licenses needed); BAR passer (may allow for an exception if compensated by experience) Experience: 5-7 years of legal experience as an in-house lawyer or in corporate law practice (familiar with SEC and other regulatory requirements)
