Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Communications Senior Manager to drive impactful communication initiatives in the Philippines. This role is responsible for generating consistent and high-impact media coverage that aligns with business objectives and strengthens brand positioning. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting key business initiatives, thought leadership, and strategic messaging in areas such as technology, BPS services, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, cloud innovation, and digital transformation.
This role will report to the Growth Markets Corporate Communications Lead and will collaborate across global and local teams to ensure messaging and positioning are effectively aligned with corporate goals.

Responsibilities:
Media Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and execute a local media strategy in alignment with global communications goals and business objectives.
- Create content for media initiatives including press releases, blogs, bylines, and thought leadership materials.
Agency & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with public relations agencies and external partners to drive media initiatives and deliverables.
Leadership Media Training
- Train and coach local business leaders on interacting with media, delivering key messages, and maintaining a strong brand presence.
Local Issues & Crisis Management
- Lead the planning and execution of crisis and issues management initiatives, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement
- Support initiatives focusing on technology and BPS trends, including AI, data analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, and other critical areas of business transformation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including HR, marketing, sales, and product leaders, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Content Creation & Communication Collateral
- Draft high-quality communication materials, including news releases, Q&As, presentations, op-eds, and bylined articles.
Event Support & Industry Engagement
- Support major industry events, conferences, and initiatives, ensuring cohesive and effective communication support.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations, either in-house or at an agency.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale communications initiatives in the technology, BPS, or professional services sectors.
- Strong experience managing agencies, large teams, and budgets effectively.
- Strategic Communication Skills:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex technology trends clearly and concisely.
- Expertise in drafting media materials such as news releases, Q&As, thought leadership articles, and op-eds.
- Media Landscape Knowledge:
- A deep understanding of the local media landscape and a strong network of relationships with journalists and media contacts.
- Crisis & Issues Management:
- Proven experience in crisis and issues management, with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders while building trust across a matrixed, global organization.
