Job Description Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to support the expansion into the Philippines, aligning with the company's overall business goals.Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and scalability. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to achieve operational excellence.Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team in the Philippines. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and development.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring that all operations meet regulatory and compliance requirements.Client Relations: Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Address any operational issues that may impact client relationships.Financial Management: Develop and manage the operational budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO and the board on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational role within the lead generation or marketing industry.Strong understanding of the Philippine market and experience in managing operations in an international context.Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
