- Preparing and sending forms and brochures to clients
- Use Adobe Sign system to send forms to clients to sign digitally
- Send invites for electronic conveyancing
- Documenting payments, creating receipts, and opening trust ledgers using a trust accounting software

- WFH
- Morning Shift

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Experience working in conveyancing, law or real estate
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe pdfs, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and good written English skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Trust Accounting software (ideal but not necessary)
