Contracting Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Evaluate the contract requirements, specifications, bids, proposals and subsequent contractor performance.

1.2 Serves as technical liaison with all department concerned regarding contracts specification and processing.

1.3 Enter into, administer, or terminate contracts and make related determinations and findings.

1.4 Responsible for the preparation and evaluation of contracts entered to by the company.

1.5 Prepare formal and informal contractors bids including / involving technical and complex specifications; evaluate and award bids according to current guidelines.

1.6 Communicate with vendors regarding bid status and contract compliance.

1.7 Reviews inventory listing of contractor's availability and performance.
