Content Writer

Graduate in Communications/Journalism or any equivalent
- Excellent written English skills
- Experience using SMM tools
- Original ideas for new content
- Knowledge in Social Media Management, specifically in Facebook and Instagram
- Firm grasp of marketing and branding concepts
- Works diligently to understand the target audience and understands the value of research and competitive set awareness
- Receptive to constructive feedback and understands that revision is an essential part of the creative process
- Responsibilities:

- Manage post and content over the company or client's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website)
- Incorporate blog and social media posts on both websites and social media platforms.
- Research on industry-related topics
- Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client success.
- Provides accurate and timely information to all customers
- Convert irate customers into brand champions and ultimately improve their overall service experience
- Identifying any potential issues that may result in negative brand exposure and bringing these to the attention of management
- Remove any post that contains inappropriate language and other inaccurate/offensive content
- Schedule, create and post content to our social media platforms
- Any other related task/duty as directed by client/management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php9,720.00 - Php10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Quarterly bonus

- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
