The Content Production Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and generating ideas for new content types.
His/her duties also include preparing document outlines, updating content based on edit requests, and proofreading work for brand voice, tone, style, clarity, grammar, and formatting.
He/she will collaborate closely with content managers, the marketing team, and clients to properly represent the appropriate editorial style.
**Responsibilities**
- Produce content manually, as well as, with popular AI tools such as Jasper.ai
- Produce social media content using Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
- Prepare well-structured drafts using multiple content resources
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
- Identify customers' needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Update website content as needed
- Work closely with marketing team members
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the content using key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Content Production Specialist, Content Developer, or similar role
- Portfolio of previous projects
- Preferably knowledgeable with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices and guidelines
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with marketing, agency, management consulting, or coaching is a huge plus
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g.
WordPress)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must be a self-starter that's able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant work experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
