Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that Christ-centered Commitment is a foundational mandate of every digital marketing process. 2. Strategy and Execution, including but not limited to: Be a creative storyteller within World Vision's brand standards. You must be able to create digital media content, customer quizzes, educational modules, email copy, and more. Conceptualize, shoot, produce, edit, schedule and publish video and other multimedia content daily on different social media channels (FB, IG, Tiktok, YT & more) Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations are met Have deep know-how and advanced skills in writing for various digital project channels (website, email, social media, etc.) and offline channels Ability to do content repurposing or content refresh to expand content reach Lead brainstorming sessions and provide suggestions for different aspects of creatives as well as general approaches in the strategy or execution. Consistently be a strong advocate for our target markets and provide ways to improve their customer journey using a multi-channel approach Troubleshoot for the team, should the need arise. This includes taking on projects that require immediate attention Do story-gathering: participate in interviewing sponsors, former sponsored children and registered children of World Vision 3. Testing and Optimization, including but not limited to: Stay on top of trends and updates in digital platforms and apply possible changes to published content to keep them relevant. Be able to analyze the effectiveness of published content, perform A/B testing, and optimize. Set clear goals for every project and come up with ways to measure them effectively. 4. Management, including but not limited to: Work alongside the brand team and identify on-brand creators for our Influencer program for child sponsorship, and manage gifting, asset briefs, and deliverables. Manage external consultants as needed – graphic designers and video editors. Maintains video and audio library 5. Carry out other duties as required and requested in keeping with the wider needs of the team, particularly in emergencies and in order to support a flexible team approach.
