About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and among other things take charge of managing the vibrant communities of our company. Also, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various platforms and utilizing analytics to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
What you'll be doing: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.Create and curate engaging content for various social media including Facebook, Instagram and other social media platform.Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.Negotiate and work closely with influencers, and brand ambassadorsDevelop and implement a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and resonates with the target audience.Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure consistency in brand messaging and meeting timelinesFoster a sense of community among users by creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.Cultivate positive relationships with brand advocates and influencers within the community.Support trade marketing initiatives such as offline events and workshops through content, activations, and influencer management.Identify trends and utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaignsProvide regular reports on community engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management.Must be Computer LiterateProficiency in using social media management tools,Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with content creation, graphic design, and video editing is a plus.Willing to work onsite
