What the job entails:

• Create and manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of engaging content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and use analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to content creation and distribution.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and adheres to the company's style guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation, with a results-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
