About This Role As content account manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement, building brand awareness and connections with online communities, and optimizing effective original marketing content to attract organic traffic. You will contribute to content brainstorming, writing, publishing, and promotion across various channels, including website, blogs, newsletters, press releases, LinkedIn and other marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities Ideate, draft, and publish high-quality, engaging, and original content across various platforms including website, blogs, newsletters, press releases, LinkedIn and other marketing materials.
Create content optimized for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to boost organic website traffic and enhance our search engine rankings.
Regularly checking and monitoring user reviews and ratings of the app on the App Store and Google Play.
Build and nurture relationships with the online community, including followers, fans, and customers.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Handle and diffuse potential crises or negative feedback of various content platforms with tact and professionalism.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Stay abreast of industry trends, insights, and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and competitive.
Create a content calendar and scheduling, ensuring regular, relevant content across all content platforms that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity.
Provide monthly reports highlighting the performance of our content, insights gathered, and recommendations for the upcoming content calendar.
Ensure that all activities on different content platforms comply with legal and industry-specific regulations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or a related major;
1-3 years of experience in social marketing, content marketing or online marketing for B2C internet/software services at a internet Web2/Web3 company;
B2C marketing experience with one or more of the following product/service offerings: internet services, creative services (e.g. creative agencies) and marketing services; consumer-focused products/services; blockchain, crypto, and/or NFTs, DEX/CEX;
An understanding and passion for the web 3.0, blockchain, crypto, and NFT spaces;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent writing skills, able to write/edit both short- and long-form content in a variety of styles.
Strong knowledge of creative and content production workflows for cross-functional projects;
Strong understanding of customer success, user community and user growth;
Experience growing product adoption and defining product differentiation in the marketplace;
Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workflow, and people;
Strong business sense and a commitment to excellence/high standards;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment;
Based in Manila, Philippines.
