Job Description:

Ayala Corporation is seeking a passionate and adaptable Contact Center Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role
- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle high-stress environments
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
