Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant
Work location: Iloilo City
Work set up: Onsite and open for relocation
Work shift: Shifting/ Night shift
Salary: up to 195K
Job Description:
• Identification of opportunities followed with project execution to meet the agreed targets with clients.
• LEAN Six Sigma and Digital Transformation Project mentoring.
• Build curated, market leading transformation solutions for the client working with cross-functional teams (internal and external)
• Market research across best-in-class CX practices, contact center demands, evolving trends etc.
• Adherence to internal protocol around project identification, execution etc.
through design thinking workshops, due-diligence, re-imagining customer journeys, blueprinting activities etc.
keeping in mind customer effort reduction, improving straight through processing etc.
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings.
Qualifications:
• 8 to 10 years' experience in the field.
• Open to non BPO relevant experience (night shift)
• System working knowledge required: Basic Computer Knowledge (Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, basic internet, and web-based applications).
• Language proficiency (English) - Good/ Excellent.
• Should possess good analytical skills, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point & Minitab.
• Certified Greenbelt/Blackbelt.
• Project management and design thinking practitioner.
• P&C Insurance experience.
• CX Transformation experience.
• Action and results oriented, self-driven person with high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable.
• Willing to relocate in Iloilo City.
• Flexible with work arrangement - shifting scheduled and 100% work from the office
