Windward Software has thousands of clients using our software worldwide. For our clients, time is money, and they must be able to service their customers as quickly as possible. This position plays a key role in providing telephone software support to these customers in a professional and efficient manner. We are looking for an analytical problem-solver with exceptional communication and customer service skills to assist customers with questions related to data, system functionality, and industry best practices. Your solid work ethic and ability to prioritize your workload are important to customer satisfaction.

 

Job Qualifications:
 

In order to best support our customers, you should have strong

A Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline of Business Administration, Finance, Bookkeeping or equivalent experience is required. Bonus points are given for previous experience providing customer service support via telephone. 

Requirement:
 

In this role, you will be working remotely from home, so you will be required to provide stable internet and your own computer.
