Construction Area Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Oversees Project Manager and Project In Charge per site.Strict monitoring of all project undertaking during execution, completion and acceptance.Takes the lead role in conceptualizing the development phase of construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation.Plans all construction operations and schedules intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. Cost monitoring of the budgetary set for the project through close coordination with the Main Office Engineering team. To acquire all necessary certificates about the project.Prepares detailed construction methodology in narrative form emphasizing construction stages, sequence, and technologies.QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed B.S. in Civil Engineering or any related engineering courses.At least 10 years of construction experience in DPWH horizontal projects (Flood Control and Bridges).Construction project management experience.Knowledgeable in bidding awarding of projects, planning and design application, scheduling, and estimation.Competency in using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
