LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES. Position: Construction Admin Working Hours: MondayFriday 10 am 6 pm (NZ Time); 10 PTO annually Salary: $(depending on the client's final offer) About the Role: As a Construction Admin you are responsible for monitoring contracts process billing keeping track of documents arranging project schedules supervising workers and checking in with clients. They often work in a field office to keep a close eye on ongoing projects or in a company's home office Role Responsibilities: Read construction drawings and facilitate 'takeoff' procedures; A takeoff is simply determining the amount of all the materials needed for a job. Coordinate project schedules and track project milestones Manage project documentation including contracts change orders and project plans Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders including project managers contractors and clients Monitor project expenses and ensure that they are within budget Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for projectrelated events Assist with bid and proposal preparation as needed Might also take on other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: At least 35 years of proven experience as a Construction Admin or similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Construction Management or a related field Strong proficiency in project management software Google Workspace and CRMs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note: We prioritize the processing of one application at a time.
