Company Nurse

JOB SUMMARY:
Corporate Nurse is responsible for overall employee's health, safety and wellness monitoring, provide general first aid to employees when required and assess employee health risks.
Lead the company's safety and emergency response implementation and educate employees on workplace safety.
Perform other administrative tasks such as the administration and monitoring of company-provided benefits such as healthcare, life insurance, mental health and leaves as well as government-mandated benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Preferably with BOSH Certification EXPERIENCE
- Must have at least 1-2 years' related experience
- Experience as Company Nurse in a BPO industry is an advantage
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Has a strong tolerance to pressure, resilient, adaptive and willing to learn
- Flexible, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
- Has a warm and caring disposition
- With excellent written and oral communication skills
- Should be willing to work in a shifting schedule including Holidays/Weekend

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
