Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Company Nurse to join our team. The Company Nurse will be responsible for providing medical assistance and promoting wellness initiatives to ensure the health and safety of our employees. Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees who are injured or become ill during work hours. Assess and triage employee injuries and illnesses, and recommend appropriate medical treatment. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the company physician. Monitor employee health and conduct regular health screenings. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees. Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical care when necessary. Educate employees on health and safety practices and promote wellness initiatives. Participate in the development and implementation of workplace safety programs. Assist in the management of workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs. Conduct health and safety inspections of the workplace and recommend corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of [X] years of experience working as a nurse, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
