Staff4Me is seeking a talented and driven individual for the position of UBF (Underwriting Business Facilitator). In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the underwriting team by facilitating the flow of information and documents needed for effective decision-making. Your strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail will ensure that underwriting processes run smoothly, contributing to our overall goal of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the underwriting team in gathering and analyzing relevant data to assess risk and determine underwriting decisions. Coordinate communication between underwriters, agents, and clients to ensure timely and accurate information exchange. Prepare underwriting documentation and assist in the compilation of reports for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor submission statuses and follow up on outstanding items to facilitate a streamlined underwriting process. Identify opportunities to improve underwriting processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the team. Maintain accurate records and documentation as per company policies and compliance requirements. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in underwriting, insurance, or a related field is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and assess risk factors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
