Job Description:
To ensure that company goals are met by ensuring support service to the staff and client related services operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To drive company vehicle on official business and activities authorized by the company.
2. To ensure safety and of all company personnel and guests while on board company vehicle he drives.
3. To exercise care and prudence in the use of company vehicle and help ensure that it is in good running condition by:
A. performing daily cleaning of the vehicle before it is used (first hour in the morning)
B. exercise caution at all times while using of the company vehicle
C. to immediately report to the PIC any untoward incident encountered including any unusual observation with the vehicle.
4. Accomplish vehicle checklist before start/ after work include new health protocols & company protocols
5. Monitor /update vehicle monitoring logbook for periodic maintenance activity.
6. Responsible and accountable to the damage on the vehicle except beyond control and not directly a result of negligence.
7. To transmit / pick-up documents and supplies to company clients, government agencies (e.g. SSS / Philhealth / BIR etc.), Bank transactions and other entities as may be required by operations and or as directed by an authorized company officer.
8. To perform periodic activities to maintain sanitation of the office when the company vehicle has no trip. This includes but is not limited to the following:
A. daily disposal of trash in the office.
B. weekly cleaning of the air conditioning and utility rooms (comfort rooms, store room) and other areas that may be requested by the management
C. other tasks that may be required from time to time to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service to clients and employees.
9. To observe the daily schedule of activities that may be prescribed by the management
10. Act as a reliever in the absence of client assigned expat/admin drivers.
11. To observe the company values, code of conduct, CRR, and existing and future policies and procedures.
12. To perform all other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
