Community Pharmacist

Job Responsibilities:

- Accurately dispense prescriptions and OTC products, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions with empathy and clarity.
- Prepare specialized medications accurately and safely as required.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and workspace organization.
- Responsible for implementing pharmacy sales plans
- Monitors and analyzes sales performance
- Develop an action plan to achieve sales budget and pharmacy profitability
- Ensure that customer service standards are met
- Perform the necessary functions for online sales
- Conduct training for pharmacy employees, motivates and monitors discipline
- Participate in inventory counting and proposes an action plan to minimize losses
- Follow sanitary protocols
- Communicate with the landlord
