Cold Calling/Lead Gen Specialist For Digital Marketing Company

Offshored is a leading offshore recruitment consultancy in the Philippines, providing strategic talent acquisition services for Australian and UK clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Calling/Lead Gen Specialist to join a growing digital marketing and web design agency. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads through cold calling and email outreach. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads via phone and emailQualify leads and book meetings for the sales teamUtilize CRM (Clickup) to track and manage the sales processReport regularly on activities and resultsCollaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation effortsRequirements: 2+ years' experience in a business development or lead gen roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong cold calling and prospecting abilitiesExperience calling British customers preferred, but not essentialFamiliarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g. Google Ads, SEO)Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsFluent in English (both written and verbal)Willing to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday during London business hours (4pm-1am PHT)What we offer: Full training providedWork from home or our office in BGC Manila (negotiable)Generous base salary (45-60k PHP) + commission structure (negotiable based on experience)HMO Private health insurance after probation periodProfessional development opportunitiesIf you are a driven, results-oriented sales professional looking to join a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.
