As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience with our services by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive information about our offerings. ### Responsibilities:

- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot client issues with empathy and professionalism, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including issues reported, resolutions provided, and follow-up actions taken, ensuring continuity of service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Ayala Land's products and services to provide accurate information and assist clients effectively.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management for process enhancement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and escalate issues as needed. Foster a team-oriented environment of support and open dialogue.
- **Training Participation**: Engage in training and development sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in client support and company offerings.

### Requirements:

- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience**: No prior experience necessary; however, experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
