**Job Description:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Puregold Price Club Inc. This part-time position demands a proactive individual with a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience and skills to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional service.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and other related queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive demeanor while dealing with challenging situations, ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively, employing analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to expedite the resolution of complex issues and customer concerns.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure seamless follow-up and accurate reporting.

3. **Customer Feedback Management:**
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, sharing insights with management to inform product and service development.
- Actively engage in initiatives to enhance the customer experience based on collected feedback and analysis.

4. **Education and Support:**
- Provide customers with detailed product information and instructions to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct training sessions for new team members on customer service practices, ensuring consistent communication standards across the team.

5. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Monitor and analyze personal performance metrics to identify areas for development and improvement.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training programs to stay updated on the latest developments in products and customer service practices.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and motivated to deliver top-notch service.
- Strong work ethic, demonstrating dedication and resilience in various situations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and use it to enhance service delivery.
- Strong people management skills; adept at building rapport and fostering relationships with customers and team members.

- **Communication Skills:**
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
