Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing assistance and support to clients, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner- Provide accurate information on products and services- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure excellent communication- Seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services- Uphold company policies and procedures in all interactions with clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confidence in dealing with clients and resolving issues- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in negotiation and people management- Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools- Ability to adapt to a remote work environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
