**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Client Support Officer to join our team in Makati. As a key member of our customer service unit, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients by addressing their needs, providing solutions, and facilitating an exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve client issues by troubleshooting and guiding clients through step-by-step solutions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a deep understanding of PLDT's products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
- **Documentation:** Record client interactions and maintain thorough documentation of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure efficient resolution.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather client feedback and provide insights to the management team for service enhancement and product improvement.
- **Promote Services:** Actively promote PLDT's service offerings and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
- **Service Standards:** Adhere to company policies and service standards, ensuring compliance and quality in all interactions.
- **Team Support:** Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally to achieve team goals, fostering a sense of community and support.

**Requirements:**
- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent. Recent graduates or current college students are encouraged to apply.
- **Personality Traits:**

- Passionate: A genuine interest in providing quality service and helping clients solve their problems.
- **Soft Skills:**
