We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at AIDE Home Health Care. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional home health care services. Your main duties will include:

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.2. Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction with our services.3. Coordinating and scheduling home health care services based on client needs and caregiver availability.4. Resolving any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.5. Providing guidance and support to caregivers to ensure they are meeting client expectations.6. Collaborating with the operations team to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position and possess the following qualities:

- Motivated and hardworking attitude- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
