Client Support Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a Client Support Manager to work from home in Davao City, Davao, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions
- Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their inquiries and resolutions
- Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Train and mentor junior support staff to ensure a high level of service is maintained

Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in a client support role
- Reliable and resilient personality traits
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
