Job Description:
United Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing a great work-life balance for the right candidate. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company in Davao City, Davao, PH.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity

- Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
