Client Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to find solutions to client problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
