DMCI is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an essential role in ensuring their satisfaction while fostering strong relationships. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to grow in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Communication:** Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all queries and concerns are addressed effectively.
- **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by identifying their needs, providing solutions, and guiding them through processes. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system to facilitate tracking and continuous improvement.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to provide a seamless client experience and gather insights for product development.
- **Client Onboarding:** Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing necessary training and support to ensure smooth integration with our services.
- **Feedback and Improvement:** Actively seek feedback from clients regarding their experiences and suggestions for improvement, and relay this information to management.
- **Presentations and Training:** Participate in and occasionally lead presentations and training sessions for clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- **Adaptability and Growth:** Support efforts to adapt processes and tools in response to evolving client needs, demonstrating a commitment to organizational growth and client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus but not necessary.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, any customer service experience (voluntary or paid) will be considered an asset.

- **Dedicated:** Demonstrates reliability and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- **Energetic:** Maintains a positive attitude and high energy while interacting with clients and team members.
