Things to know before applying:you must have your own work equipmentyou are able to work remotelyyou can work full-time for this roleexperience working with clients/companies outside PH is an advantageAbout the RoleReporting to your Client Success Manager, you will be responsible multiple client program deliverables including but not limited to:- Validating ongoing claim submission to two loyalty programs following clear steps for validation.- Preparing reports and results in line with contracted client deliverables.- Ad hoc and regular administration tasks as requested from clients as agreed to by your line manager.- Meet and exceed validation Key Performance Indicators and targets.Claim Validation Responsibilities:- Validating submissions of claims to our programs by downloading, checking, and manually updating claims.- Approving or declining claims and ensuring points are awarded accurately through our loyalty platform.- Reporting date to the CSM for their fortnightly check in with the client.What will it take to succeed.- Experience working in a loyalty program is required.-The ideal candidate for this position should possess a proactive attitude with a strong desire to consistently exceed expectations.- Strong written and verbal English- Comfortable with software, systems and Microsoft programs with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems.- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, demonstrating a results-driven approach to their work.- They must have strong communication skills and have experience with direct client interaction.About Adaca:Adaca is at the forefront of bridging software development solutions by connecting Australian mid-tier companies with top-tier talents in the Philippines.
