Client Services Admin (Au Residential Construction, Office-Based)

Salary: P70,000-P85,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST) What are we looking for? Skills Required:
Strong administration skills with exceptional accuracy and efficient data entry skills. Experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably within the residential construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. A strong commitment to excellence along with the drive to be self-motivated and results oriented. Exceptional organizational and time management skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with ease and efficiency. The capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information. What will you do? Administration and compliance: Assist with the maintenance of WH&S requirements such as the preparation of site management plans. Processing construction certificates to ensure compliance obligations are met. Assist with issuing and maintaining client communication and documentation such as notice of practical completion letters. Preparation of electronic handover packs. Assist with essential tasks during the build process, such as updating service provider accounts after handover. Bookkeeping Monitoring and maintaining accounts payable inbox relating to business overhead expenses. Obtaining invoice payment approvals from applicable staff. Processing of invoices into accounting software, including allocation to appropriate general ledger codes. Locate, summarize and save applicable invoices in preparation for contract related calculations such as provisional adjustments. Generation of job cost reports and reconcile associated invoices. General bookkeeping support including miscellaneous data entry, issuing receipts, reconciliation of fuel accounts and motorway toll statements. Review of pier layouts and draft adjustment calculations and notifications.
