As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with our brand values. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to inform customers about our various beauty products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.

2. **Order Management:**
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and communication of order status to customers.
- Accurately input and update customer information in the database.

3. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service or products.
- Proactively reach out to customers for follow-up and satisfaction surveys.

4. **Project Management Support:**
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in organizing virtual events, workshops, or product launches aimed at promoting client interaction and satisfaction.
- Track project progress and assist in the evaluation of customer feedback regarding these initiatives.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer service performance metrics.
- Use insights from customer interactions to contribute to product and service improvement strategies.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Advanced presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly resourceful and able to work independently.
- Driven, with a passion for beauty and wellness, and a desire to exceed customer expectations.

- **Remote Work Skills:**
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with self-discipline and motivation.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
