In this pivotal role, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will interact with clients, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-lasting customer relationships. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Assistance:** Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.

- **Problem Resolution:** Effectively troubleshoot customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement solutions to create a positive customer experience.

- **Relationship Management:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored guidance, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

- **Data Entry and Record Keeping:** Accurately document all client interactions and updates in the client management system to track inquiries and resolutions.

- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends, enhancement opportunities, and areas for improvement in service delivery.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and actively contribute to team goals.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Shopee's product offerings, operational processes, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients and provide accurate information.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively contribute ideas and feedback to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client service processes and systems.

- **Training Participation:** Attend ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills, knowledge, and service delivery capabilities.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resourceful:** Able to independently find solutions and adapt to changing circumstances with creativity and efficiency.
- **Energetic:** Possess a positive attitude and able to motivate and engage clients through lively interactions.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Planning:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- **Emotional Intelligence:** Adept at understanding and managing your own emotions, while recognizing and influencing the emotions of others, creating a supportive customer experience.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).

- **Language Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
