Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Service Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Reliable and passionate about providing excellent service to clients
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
