Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.
6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
7. Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance client service skills.

Requirements:
1. Adaptable and confident personality traits.
